What is your experience as a creative?

I can say that I was born with a very creative soul. From an early age I realized I liked to take creative risks and doing things my own way, envisioning the new and formatting this visions - usually by drawing, writing or building them - in a way people could understand it. In college I went to Architecture School and later to Art Center College of Design where I could learn more about film and design. Professionally I have had a very successful career in advertising working for several international global brands in some of the best ad agencies around. I also worked as a freelance scriptwriter for TV and production companies and after that became a creative and strategy consultant in the area of Communcation Design. And now I help people to organize their creative mind!

Why does being an INFJ matter?

The Myers-Briggs Type Indicator® (MBTI®) INFJ personality type is an idealistic, visionary, and conceptual type. Extremely intuitive, they have a gift for understanding complex meanings and human relationships. They have a unique understanding of people, their needs and emotions, and a strong awareness of social expectations and human dynamics.

Because INFJs are driven by imagination, creativity, and people's personal values, they tend to excel in careers that make use of this. They can be extremely productive and determined when they feel they are contributing to the well-being of others or are free to imagine, innovate and design things. They are also talented in the art of strategy. Because these types are so focused on anticipating and predicting future trends and implications, they can easily come up with insightful, well-thought-out plans and foresee potential problems.

INFJs tend to be strongly insightful, strangely empathetic, inspiring, wise, and innovative. They may appear mystical or spiritual in nature to others because they see so clearly how people think and can identify future outcomes so well. They are accepting and tolerant of others because they easily see many different perspectives, but they also have a firm sense of right and wrong.

Will you create anything in the sessions?

Just like a therapy session, the mentoring process will show you new paths, question others and present scenarios and situations so that you become able to come to your own insight into what should be done or what direction should be taken. So, no, I will not create anything for you during the sessions, but we might brainstorming together, which is the most interesting part.
